We base our methods on evidence based principles that focus on identifying the root causes of the problem.
Whilst providing an integrated holistic approach, we will analyse all options and offer you the best plan to achieve improved movement and performance.


Our Clinic
We are based in the heart of Eastbourne, opposite the train station, in Terminus Road, Eastbourne, BN21 3LP. 
Please note we are based on the first floor and there is no lift available.

Soft Tissue Therapy

Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Therapy can be used to help restore balance to the tissues.

 

Whether you are a keen sports person or suffer from aches and pains like back pain and neck and shoulder pain and or tension,  Soft Tissue or Massage Therapy can help your recovery. Our highly qualified therapist offers general massage, sports massage and soft tissue therapy. These different modalities can be mixed to create a bespoke treatment to meet your needs.

We integrate evidence-based approaches grounded in anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.

 

To improve  engagement with recreational activities e.g., gardening, hiking etc, or improving sport-specific performance.

 

This can be integrated with physiotherapy management of musculoskeletal injuries.
